Home prices increased in Kenmore during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Kenmore rose by $163,750 while total sales increased by 29.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,035,000 - an 18.8 percent increase over the $871,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Kenmore in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Kenmore for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,352, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
