Bothell home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Bothell fell by $172,500 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 21% decrease over the $822,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bothell in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
