Woodinville home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Woodinville rose by $157,450 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 26.6% increase over the $592,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Woodinville in March 2017.
