Kenmore home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Kenmore rose by $195,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $765,000 - a 34.2% increase over the $570,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Kenmore in December 2016.
