Bothell home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Bothell rose by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 45.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $575,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Bothell in 2016.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for 2017.
