Median home prices in Kenmore rose to $950,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Kenmore rose by $187,750 while total sales increased by 108.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $762,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Kenmore in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Kenmore for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,352, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
