Rising home prices in Bothell (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $208,000 while total sales increased by 45.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 28% increase over the $742,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2020.
