Median home prices in Shoreline rose to $675,000 in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Shoreline rose by $31,025 while total sales increased by 33%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 133 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $643,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Shoreline in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
