Rising home prices in Bothell (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $30,750 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $742,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $711,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2019.
