Lake Forest Park median home prices fell by 13.3% in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Lake Forest Park fell by $115,000 while total sales increased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $747,500 - a 13.3% decrease over the $862,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lake Forest Park in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lake Forest Park for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,447, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
