The third quarter of 2020: Home prices in Bothell fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Bothell fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 127.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $785,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Bothell in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
