Pricing for the median home in Kirkland (unincorporated) increased during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Kirkland (unincorporated) rose by $102,000 while total sales increased by 176.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $796,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $694,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Kirkland (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2019.
