January 2022: Shoreline experienced a 16.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Shoreline rose by $110,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 27 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Shoreline in January 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
