Shoreline home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Shoreline rose by $117,000 while total sales increased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $683,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Shoreline in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
