Rising home prices in Shoreline in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Shoreline rose by $39,000 while total sales increased by 54.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $745,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $706,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Shoreline in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
