July 2021: Home prices in Kenmore increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Kenmore rose by $220,000 while total sales increased by 111.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 30.1% increase over the $730,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Kenmore in July 2020.
