July 2021: Bothell experienced a 43% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Bothell rose by $331,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 43% increase over the $769,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Bothell in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
