Shoreline median home prices fell by 6% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Shoreline fell by $45,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 6% decrease over the $745,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Shoreline in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
