Bothell home prices rose in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Bothell rose by $122,500 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $792,500 - a 18.3% increase over the $670,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bothell in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
