Median home prices in Bothell rose to $950,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bothell rose by $172,750 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $777,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Bothell in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bothell for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,937, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
