Pricing for the median home in Bothell increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Bothell rose by $173,500 while total sales increased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $776,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Bothell in 2020.
