How did home prices perform in Woodinville during April?

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Woodinville rose by $515,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 65.6 percent increase over the $785,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Woodinville in April 2021.
