Bothell (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 50.8% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $387,500 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,150,000 - a 50.8 percent increase over the $762,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Bothell (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,232, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for April.
