Home prices increased in Shoreline during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Shoreline rose by $88,496 while total sales increased by 21.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $846,500 - an 11.7 percent increase over the $758,004 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Shoreline in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Shoreline for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,439, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
