Pricing for the median home in Kirkland (unincorporated) increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Kirkland (unincorporated) rose by $230,000 while total sales increased by 36 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,255,000 - a 22.4 percent increase over the $1,025,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Kirkland (unincorporated) in May 2021.
