Bothell (unincorporated) home prices rose in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $202,500 while total sales increased by 55.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,187,500 - a 20.6 percent increase over the $985,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in May 2021.
