Kirkland (unincorporated) home prices rose in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Kirkland (unincorporated) rose by $259,350 while total sales increased by 8.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,309,350 - a 24.7 percent increase over the $1,050,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Kirkland (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Kirkland (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,352, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
