Woodinville median home prices rose by 36.3% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Woodinville rose by $345,000 while total sales increased by 18.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,295,000 - a 36.3 percent increase over the $950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Woodinville in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Woodinville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,058, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
