Median home prices in Kenmore rose to $1,110,000 in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Kenmore rose by $247,500 while total sales increased by 17 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,110,000 - a 28.7 percent increase over the $862,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Kenmore in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Kenmore for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,352, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
