Home prices increased in Bothell (unincorporated) during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $108,750 while total sales increased by 39.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,040,000 - an 11.7 percent increase over the $931,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021.
